After a long break, we're excited to be back at Phelps High School for the continuation of this school year. We hope all of our Hornets have had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
The Phelps High School football team recently visited the Good Sheppard Community Nursing Center in Phelps to help out. They played games and helped push the residents to and from lunch. We are very proud of our boys and their Coach, David Jones, for what they have accomplished this year. Keep up the good work boys!
Phelps High School held its Mock Presidential Election Wednesday. Pictured, students McKenzie Bentley, Lawrence Mayhorn, and Morgan Fannin from Mr. Patrick Lester's Global Issues Class help conduct a mock presidential election where students, faculty and staff cast their votes for president. The final election results were Donald J. Trump with 92% of the vote to Hillary Clinton's 8%.
